Pradeep Kumar Misra is the director of the Centre for Policy Research in Higher Education (CPRHE) at the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi, India. Renowned for his contributions to higher education, teacher education, and educational technology, Prof. Misra s work has garnered global recognition through numerous prestigious international research scholarships. With a prolific portfolio of publications, both national and international, he has significantly influenced the educational landscape. His recently authored books, Teaching Competencies for 21st Century Teachers: Practical Approaches to Learning (Routledge, 2024) and Learning and Teaching for Teachers (Springer, 2021), are acclaimed for their practical insights and global relevance. Prof. Misra s extensive experience spans across continents and cultures, enriching his perspective on the internationalization of higher education. His current contribution to this book encapsulates his vast expertise, offering valuable insights into the global education arena.
Nilanjana Moitra has been an assistant professor at the Centre for Policy Research in Higher Education (CPRHE), National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi, India. With a distinguished career as a Development Professional for the Government of India and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Dr. Moitra brings a wealth of experience to her academic role.
